What do you prefer? A real 60 m2 (and ecological cleaning ) private swimming pool? A breathtaking 180° view of the Mediterranean? Quiet beaches less than 10 km away, near a typical village? Sun all day? Absolute calm in a garden of 3000 m2? Walks in a natural park 5 minutes away? A comfortable villa including 5 AC? A real privacy? A superb Pool House? Beautiful furnitures? A charging station for electrical vehicules ? YOU HAVE IT ALL! For 8 people. 2 suites, 1 quadruple room, winter garden, office ; games room, ...Bienvenidos OUTSIDE NO NOISE (cars..) NO VISION OF PERSON: the land is very large ( more than 3000 m2 ) and far from the road On the left side, unobstructed view; the neighbor is very far away and hidden by a grove, and in the distance a beautiful view of the Natural Park with its beautiful pines parasols . Down, the more authentic part of our garden with Mediterranean trees and a beautiful collection of Cactus In the center, a superb and panoramic view of the Mediterranean. First a large grass area lot in front of the veranda, and below, the VERY large area = Swimming pool (ecological with NATURAL SALT ELECTROLISIS , then without QUIMICAL CLORhine) + Pool House , all equiped On the right side, a secondary residence of a discreet Barcelonan separated by an alley of high cedar trees and last but not least : we are trying to contribute nin order to improve the environnement = the house is equiped with solar panels and a (private) charging station for electrical/hybrid vehicules ( a reduced price / KW for the guest) THE SUN ALL DAY!!! INSIDE No furniture "Ikea" but only real wood pieces (oak, walnut, teak root...), brand ( for instance " Habitat") or real Scandinavian chairs from the 60s redone No "banal" decoration but authentic pieces gleaned during our travels ( South America, Asia ...) or related to one of our passions, the Polo ...
We are Stéphane & Silvina, a Franco-Argentinian couple living in Paris and we are happy to share our "little" paradise . For work or pleasure, we have traveled a lot and have done everything to apply us the same degree of requirement ( equipment, services, environment...) that you are entitled to expect for a beautiful villa so that you spend an ideal stay We are fortunate to have a young kind and professional woman , from Bolivia , Rossio , who welcomes you upon your arrival and will remain at your disposal during the stay in case of need . But I am above all totally available remotely and in several languages (French, English, Spanish, Portuguese) I will send you a welcome booklet with many recommendations, tips and practical datas
Villa located on a hill (then a road with turns ) with less than 10 minutes from the village where there are all shops, restaurants, services, .... Very quiet area in the Natural Park of Montnégre, only 5 m on foot . With magnificent views of pine trees and the Mediterranean sea Essential car even if there is a shuttle mini bus service to and from the village center, and to and from the Railway station to go or to go from Barcelona /Plaza de Catalunya
