The living / dining room is tastefully furnished with a comfortable sofa and 2 coffee tables, armchair, dining table and chairs, TV wall unit with flat screen smart TV (if you have a Netflix or Amazon prime account just put your password and view your favourite channels - P.S. Don’t forget to sign out when departing) and a console with desk lighting and chair, suitable for your laptop. The stylish new open plan American style kitchen provides everything you need to cook a delicious meal, a 4 burner cooker, oven, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans and plenty of kitchen utensils. The washing machine is located in the adjoining utility room. All rooms are equipped with hot/ cold air conditioning to keep you cool in summer and cosy in winter. Enjoy a meal or cool drink on the large balcony with lovely sea and mountain views.

Javea is one of the most beautiful resorts on the Costa Blanca and due to the Montgo mountain its own microclimate - according to a study by the World Health Organization it has the second healthiest climate in the world. There is the Old Town with its picturesque narrow streets, historic buildings, indoor market and an outdoor market on Thursday. The Port is a working fishing port and has a marina, pebbled beach and promenade with bars and restaurants and boasts its own cinema ( with latest films in English once a week) – both only 10 minutes away by hourly bus (bus stop just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment) and Arenal, the main tourist area with its golden sandy beach, palm trees, shallow waters and promenade with a plethora of bars and restaurants. There you will find water sports rentals, such as jet skis, pedalos and paddle boards, boat hire, bike and scooter hire etc. Just a short walk from the apartment is the (David) Ferrer Tennis club with swimming pool and Paris 24 paddle club with bar and a swimming pool open to the public with the consumption of a drink.
