My name is Carlos, manager of VillaGranCanaria Villas. I became an owner in 2002 and I am completely in love with my home island Gran Canaria, a fantastic place under the sun , surrounded by countless beaches, charming villages and that boasts tradition. 22 years ago all started as a hobby to me, I made an investment and soon enough my friends decided to do so as well and trusted me to help them rent their houses, now, in 2023, I manage over 200 properties all around the island with the help of a qualified team of 15 people. Much of the studio has a sliding glass door that allows you to enjoy views of the sea and sunsets. SeaView Studio Haven is part of a private apartment complex and has parking and private access to the beach via stairs. You will find everything you may need to enjoy your vacation a few meters from the apartment. A supermarket at the entrance of the complex, the beach avenue with its wide variety of restaurants, the San Agustín Shopping Center just 1 km away and the connection with buses to enjoy the best enclaves of the island of Gran Canaria.
