Spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms in a top location: sea view, underground parking space, new air conditioning in all rooms, new windows and shutters, very quiet, elevator.
Right on the long promenade and very close to shopping opportunities. Beach in about 50m (Los Locos), about 400m to Playa del Cura. Various bars, restaurants and cafés in the area. Supermarkets and 24 hour shops directly in the area.
