Property information

Our apartment has a completely renovated and modern furniture, facilitating our clients the maximum possible comfort. In the vicinity there are supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants. In addition, it has private parking and wifi.

Neighbourhood information

It is a quiet neighborhood, facing the Guadalquivir river, with many gardens and children's park where you can walk and play sports pleasantly. It has a very good transport combination, to go to the center of Seville, you just have to take bus 3 and get off at PLAZA DE ARMAS or at TORRE DEL ORO. They will be in the whole monumental area in 15 minutes, without worrying about where to park the car when they arrive to visit it all, since it is difficult to park in the center of the city.
