On a hillside In Santa Eulària des Riu, the 2-storey villa Shangri-La is situated in the residential complex Siesta. With over 600 m² of living space and a breathtaking outdoor area, the villa accommodates 9 guests. Passing the rock garden, you can climb a staircase to the entrance area, which is lined with Mediterranean plants. The Ibizan holiday home features a large living room with a fireplace, a rustic dining room, a very well-equipped modern kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and an additional half-bath. Amenities of the rustic accommodation, which has wooden ceilings and stone walls, also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, a fireplace, a TV, a baby cot and a high chair. In the fantastic outdoor area you will find a balcony, a garden, a loggia, a sun terrace, a barbecue and comfortable furniture for up to 12 people. Swim in the marvelous salty pool overlooking the deep blue sea and lush vegetation, sunbathe on one of the loungers and leave the stress of everyday life behind. A choice of restaurants is 400 m or a 6-minute walk away and a supermarket is 850 m or a 12-minute walk from the accommodation. The beach of Es Calo s'Algó is 200 m away and you will arrive in Santa Eulalia after a 5-minute drive. Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Parties and events are not allowed. Music is not allowed after midnight (according to the municipal regulations). Smoking is not allowed in the house. Sleeping arrangement: There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor: one small with a single bed, 2 rooms with 2 single beds (which can be formed into one double bed) and one with a double bed.
