There, you will receive the coordinates as well as a short description of the villa you have rented, thus you are only a few minutes away to start your relaxing holidays.

Modern and nice villa with private pool in Benitachell, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 6 persons. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels, connected by external stairs. This 2 level villa offers a living room with flat-screen television (satellite antenna Astra) and fireplace (wood), a dining room and a lovely covered balcony with views to the pool and the mountains. It also offers a laundry room with washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with electric hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster and juicer. The upstairs bedroom offers an air condition unit and a flat-screen TV. The shower located next to the pool terrace works with solar energy and offers hot water. In order to preserve the environment, we recommend that you always use the exterior shower.

The villa is situated in a coastal, hilly and residential area, close to restaurants and bars, shops and supermarkets and at 6.1 km from Benitatxell "Cala Lo Moraig" pebbles beach. There are several wonderful rock and sand beaches to visit in this lovely area, like the "Cala del Portet" (Moraira) at only 7.7 km from the villa and the wonderful "Cala Granadella" (Xabia) at 12.3 km; or the little bays on the road between Moraira and Calpe. Moraira is 6.9 km away. There you can go to the beautiful sand beach and/or visit the castle, the port, walk along the promenade and enjoy visiting the beautiful old town where you can also find lots of shops, bars and restaurants. Calpe is located at 17 km from the villa. There you can visit the 'Ifach Rock' (nice walk and beautiful views), the lovely Salt Lake where you may be able to watch the flamingos and you can also enjoy the long beautiful promenades and sand beaches. The port area is well known for its restaurants (specialized in rices & seafood). Its comfort and the vicinity of places to shop, sports activities and places to go out make this a fine villa to celebrate your holidays with family or friends.
