The modern Total Valencia Elegance is ideally situated just a 5-minute walk from Valencia’s Colón Metro Station. Nestled on a quiet street adjacent to a shopping area, the air-conditioned apartments feature complimentary WiFi. Each apartment boasts wooden floors, high ceilings, and wooden beams, along with a balcony. Accommodations include one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The living area is equipped with a sofa and a flat-screen TV. Standard apartments offer one bathroom, while superior apartments feature two bathrooms. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen includes an island breakfast bar, as well as a dishwasher and washing machine.
