This ancient monastery dates from 1209 but with all modern comforts. All services are walking distance in Ávila and only 45 min from Madrid. The property is renovated and modernized but retaining all the original features of the 12th century. The living room is built on the apse of the church and the apartment is the old sacristy. Both are preserved in perfect condition. Property distribution: House area, event area and modern apartment + Exterior You will also have at your disposal a private garage with capacity for up to 4 vehicles.
