The duplex features two comfortable bedrooms: one with a 160 cm double bed and the other with a double bunk bed of 90 cm, both with direct access to the terrace. It also includes two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, for your convenience. The community's amenities are sure to impress: relax by the pool, enjoy the landscaped green areas, or have fun on the paddle tennis court, basketball, or soccer field. Additionally, a reserved parking space is available for your convenience. This accommodation is ideal for those seeking tranquility, comfort, and direct access to the sea.
