When in 2010 an opportunity presented itself to market a small number of high quality homes in this area we didn’t hesitate to take it, and the Sitges Hills Villas brand was born. Since then we have carefully built our portfolio with high quality properties that we believe make great holiday homes and that we would be happy to spend our holiday in. We know all of our villas intimately and our ‘quality control’ process eliminates the risk and uncertainty involved in booking a holiday home and gives you peace of mind that your holiday in Sitges is in good hands. Villa Ibizenca is a stunning designer villa known for its unique design, breathtaking location, and panoramic sea views. It accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms, and features 375 m2 of beautiful Mediterranean-inspired living space. The villa boasts cool polished concrete floors, hand-painted details, and a serene atmosphere. It’s situated in Quint Mar, a private residential area offering amazing panoramic views over Sitges and the Mediterranean. Bedroom 1 – ‘Saint Martin’, a beautiful self-contained master suite with ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 – ‘Galápagos’ – First on the right, a large double with ensuite bathroom and terrace. Bedroom 3 – ‘Philae’ – First on the left – double with ensuite, desk and partial sea views. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. Bedroom 4 – ‘Phi Phi island’ – 2nd door on the left – Double or Twin bedroom ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and feature washbasin. Bedroom 5 - Master suite ‘Ibiza’ is absolutely stunning and features a large double bed plus a beautiful hand made sunken bath with windows that open fully onto a private terrace, creating a sense of bathing outside but in complete privacy. The master suite also has a separate chill-out annex area with a large TV Screen for DVD’s only. This can serve as additional sleeping area for two people if required. The beautiful *heated 8m x 4.5m shaped roof top infinity pool will be a hit with the whole family. The pool is surrounded by attractive wooden decking complete with loungers providing plenty of space for sunbathing or just relaxing and enjoying the vistas. An ecological OZONE treatment perfectly disinfects the water, while being gentle on skin and hair and eliminating any risk of eye irritation. There is a delightful wooden cabana with soft furnishing and lounge seating providing the perfect place to relax or enjoy a siesta out of the hot afternoon sun.
