Welcome to my stunning apartment in the hills of the luxurious Meloneras, Gran Canaria. This bright 85 sqm home features an open-space living room with kitchen, a full bathroom, and two equipped outdoor spaces on the ground floor. Upstairs you'll find another full bathroom, two bedrooms, and a balcony. The apartment has every comfort needed for your perfect stay and the complex includes a large swimming pool with a solarium space with loungers and umbrellas and a padel/tennis court. This beautiful apartment, recently made available for rent, features cozy furnishings along with windows, balconies, and outdoor courtyards that bring in plenty of natural light. Thanks to its generous size, it offers spaciousness and all kinds of comforts, starting with private outdoor areas furnished with sofas for relaxing and a table with chairs for dining and socializing. Inside, the spacious living room includes a TV and a long sofa for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils and appliances for everyday living, including a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and electric stove. Coffee lovers will appreciate the capsule coffee machine, American coffee maker, and moka pot. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a convenient storage room and the first bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, in addition to the second bathroom with a shower and bidet and a balcony overlooking the greenery and the complex, there is a comfortable master bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into a double bed upon prior request, and it also features a large wardrobe.

The apartment is located within the quiet residential complex Las Velas, a peaceful and safe environment, ideal for families, couples, and solo travelers. The pool area, surrounded by palm trees and bathed in sunlight throughout the day, features a large sun terrace with sun loungers and umbrellas always available, as well as a second, smaller pool with shallow water, perfect for children. The complex is set in the exclusive hillside area of Meloneras, one of the most prestigious locations on the island, just a few minutes by car from the Meloneras Boulevard — the famous seaside promenade that runs along Maspalomas Beach, lined with bars, restaurants, shops, malls, and designer boutiques. It’s an ideal spot both during the day and in the evening, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking sunsets that Gran Canaria offers every night. The location is also very close to the Maspalomas Beacon and its stunning Dunes. Within a short drive, you can reach some of the island’s most beautiful beaches: Playa de Anfi del Mar, Playa de los Amadores, Playa de Meloneras, Playa de Maspalomas, and Playa del Inglés. Just a few minutes’ walk from the complex, you'll find a large supermarket open until 10:00 PM, as well as several bus and taxi stops. For guests renting a car, parking is easy to find right in front of or near the complex.
