The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed. The living room with a sofa bed is connected to the kitchenette. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a bidet + a second toilet in a separate room with a washing machine. The kitchen of the apartment is very well equipped. You will find a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop with an oven, electric kettle, Krups coffee maker for capsules, sandwich maker, and the necessary utensils for preparing your own meals. The apartment has WIFI internet and a TV with Youtube and Netflix. The large terrace offers a beautiful view of the garden with palm trees and a partial view of the ocean (photo). The apartment is located in a complex with a pool and free sun loungers. A parasol is also provided with the apartment's amenities. Additional amenities of the apartment include a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner.

The apartment is located in a beautiful and very peaceful environment, within walking distance of the beaches Callao Chico (550 m), La Arena (800 m) - the most beautiful one with black sand (photo), and Punta Blanca (1.2 km), which can be reached through a coastal promenade offering magnificent views of the ocean and the coastline, as well as the highest peak in the Canary Islands - Pico del Teide. It's also possible to take a nice walk to the neighboring towns, Alcala (3km) and the popular tourist town of Los Gigantes (3 km). Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. There are plenty of free parking spaces available at the apartment, but you can easily get around without a car as everything is within reach. Only 179 meters from the apartment, there is a bus stop with frequent connections to Los Gigantes, Costa Adeje, and Los Cristianos. The apartment is located 40 km from Tenerife South Airport.
