If you are reading this, it means that you are interested in our apartment, which makes us very happy 😊 We are private people who own several apartments in Playa del Inglés. They are all located in the immediate vicinity of our house, which is also located here. This allows us both for direct contact with our guests and for possible help if there is such a need. We really want our guests to feel safe and comfortable with us, therefore, both before arrival and during their stay, we are available to answer any questions or help you in what matter.

The cozy Sunny Apartment Teneguia by Yumbo is located in the center of the resort, only 50 meters from the iconic Yumbo, which is the entertainment heart of Playa del Inglés. Situated on the main street of Playa del Ingles, the apartment provides direct access to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, clubs and other entertainment venues.
From where you are staying, in just 15 minutes you can get to both the main beach and the phenomenal Dunas to admire the beautiful sunsets.
The apartment provides a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with LED TV, a bathroom, a bedroom with a large comfortable bed and a spacious balcony where you will enjoy the sun from 11.00 until late afternoon.
To make your stay more pleasant, the apartment offers air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and Teneguia has a large swimming pool and a garden where you can enjoy the sun.
