This large flat with sea-views (less than 600 meters away) features a big balcony with outdoor seating, and will allow you to enjoy the sun from the afternoon until it sets behind the mountains. It is perfect for everyone: families with kids that want to enjoy the beach (less than 10 minute walk), couples that are a looking for some quality time (plenty of restaurants and parks) and people who need to scape their day to day in busy cities and wish to work remotely (600MB fiber is included).

Although I am originally from a different town, I have spent big parts of my life in Cambrils. It is a place I have come to love, and although I reside outside of Spain, I spend big parts of the year in there. «Cambrils is a city with the soul of a town» Cambrils is a city that offers the quality of life of a little town. The neighbors and the store owners in the area, are friendly down-to-earth people. Maite (from the Plus supermarket around the corner); Sarah (from the cafe right in the corner) and Lluis from the Restaurant Ca la Carme will help me make your stay a delight. There is a small children's park right in front of the property. Crossing the street, you can find a canal with a nice promenade to the beach, which is less than 10 minutes walk away. When heading to the beach, you will also find the Parc dels Pescadors, with additional children parks and terraces. In summer time, it is common to find live music there. Once you arrive to the beach, you can head left and go to the port; or right, for a beautiful promenade by the see under the shade of palm trees. In the area there are plenty of local shops with great produce, and the fisherman's street, with over 5 fish mongers offering the freshest fish from the area (except Mondays, since there is no fishing on Sundays). There are also plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants, offering the best food at local prices. Reach out to me, and I'll gladly tell you the places with the freshest produce that locals go to. *Parking information* There is paid street parking right in front of the building. You can download the app "Aparcar", and simply extend the payment from the balcony. In the streets behind the property free parking is also available, however, it is typically difficult to find a spot during summer.
