The LUXURY SUITES MINERVA has really beautiful views of the sea, is newly renovated and fully equipped, has all the comforts and is located in an area with extensive green areas, swimming pools with water slides and a bar, it has a 24-hour reception, all of this will make your stay unforgettable. The apartment has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with SEA VIEWS.

It is a quiet neighborhood, very well located. It is close to the beach, parks, bars and restaurants, port, etc. You can walk to all the places you want, and right in front we have the fantastic Plaza de la Bonanza, where you can enjoy a varied gastronomy
