We are delighted to offer this beautifully renovated studio apartment in Puerto Rico, Gran Canaria. Enjoy serene sea views from the tranquil terrace, complete with an outdoor dining area. The community pool is conveniently located just steps away. There are only 4 apartments on the floor and everyone has their own sunbeds.
Situated within a 5-minute walk to the Puerto Rico Shopping Center and only a 7-minute stroll to the beach, this apartment is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and convenience.
