SUNSET TERRACE apartment is part of a renovated 300-year old traditional stone built ‘finca’ (farmhouse) and is in complete harmony with the natural environment. The thick traditional stone walls keeps the house cool in the summer (no need for air conditioning!) and warm in the winter months. The covered large terrace is perfect for outside dining and entertaining with the option of an electric, gas or charcoal BBQ facility. You can then enjoy the wonderful sunsets over Tindaya mountain. There are beautiful hiking and cycling routes through the mountains or towards the sea – directly from your doorstep! The apartment has a smaller living and kitchenette area and has a bathroom with shower. The living / kitchen area is cool inside with a comfortable sofa to relax and read, or watch TV. Fuerteventura has a diverse range of local culinary dishes including the native goat (meat, milk, cheese) and of course amazing fish and seafood from the Atlantic ocean.

Hola! I am Indi (Indrani) originally from Slovenia. I arrived on Fuerteventura in mid 2020 for a short holiday and decided to stay! Now I have been living the dream to manage our own accommodation rental place. I took over the management from our friends Marten & Monique. I ook forward to welcoming you to our home.

Sunset Terrace apartment is located in a quiet nature, with wonderful bike rides to the west AND east coast beaches and beautiful biking and walking routes everywhere. But you also have the supermarket, cozy village square, restaurants, bar, cafes and pizzeria just 5 minutes away! Our cottage is located between the towns of La Oliva and Villaverde and is centrally located in the north of the island. Beautiful authentic buildings determine the atmosphere but everything is close by such as the fishing village of El Cotillo, the up-tempo village of Lajares (popular with surfers and digital nomads), the nice harbor town of Corralejo, the unique magical dunes in the national park, the enchanting Tindaya mountain and much more.
