Cozy, beautiful, just renovated studio 300 meters far from La Mata Beach can become your home during your holiday in Spain. We tried to make it vary comfortable. There is a sunny balcony. The living room is combined with a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining table. In the living room there is a bed (150 x 190). The cleaning of the apartment is included in the price and is thoroughly done after the departure of the guests and before the arrival of new ones.
We live nearby therefore we are always available and happy to communicate with our guests, both by Internet or in person. We`ll provide you all necessary information about local attractions and where to go on a trip. We`ll also inform you about local holidays and events that will take place during your stay.
There are many restaurants and bars in the nearest neighbourhood. There is also a bus stop and a taxi stop there. This is a beautiful, fun and safe area.
