The villa "Superbly Situated Villa 67", which is situated in Mijas Costa, overlooks the nearby sea. The 240 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (with bathtubs) and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, heating and air conditioning in every room, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. Beach/pool towels are provided. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace and a barbecue. The pool can be used all year round. Free parking is available on the street. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. The villa shares a wall with another house, but it is fully independent with a separate entrance. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
