Welcome to this villa situated near Ciutadella and surrounded by dreamlike coves. It can accommodate up to 5 people. The villa's exteriors are truly an oasis of peace. There you will find a beautiful terrace with sea views and a private salt swimming pool of 10mx4.5m and a depth of between 0.6m and 1.8m, next to which there are sun loungers where you can relax while sunbathing. The property is also notable for its proximity to a watchtower. The property is fenced and the privacy is total. The cosy interior of the house has everything you need to rest as you deserve. The living-dining room has a TV and will be perfect to extend your evenings. The kitchen is independent. In it you will find everything you need to cook great dishes. The house also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To sleep in, the house has 3 bedrooms: one of them has a double bed, another one has two single beds and the last one has a single bed. All the bedrooms have a fan. There are also two bathrooms at your disposal: one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
