Welcome to our modern studio apartment located in the heart of Alicante, just a 5-minute walk from El Postiguet Beach, the Central Market, and Santa Barbara Castle. You’ll be staying in the Old Town, surrounded by charming cafés, restaurants, and shops. Everything is within walking distance — no car needed! There are several bus stops nearby, and it’s just a 3-minute walk to the Mercado TRAM stop, offering easy access to Albufereta Beach, San Juan Beach, and Benidorm (take Line 1 or 3). Located on the 1st floor of a new building with two large elevators and convenient access. We’re happy to help make your stay as comfortable as possible! Enjoy a fully equipped apartment with kitchen, washing machine, iron, and laundry drying rack. 📌Additional Services: We offer transfers from/to the airport — available by prior arrangement and for an additional fee. Change of bed linen, towels and any extra cleaning is available at your request and for additional fee Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.
