Guests must show a valid form of ID and a credit card of the cardholder upon arrival, if the payer of the reservation is different from the reservation holder, a signed authorisation from the payer must be presented prior to arrival.

Pets are not allowed

Minimum age: 14 years old with adult / 16 years old with parental or legal guardian authorisation and private room. Children under the age of 18 cannot share a room with other people, even if accompanied by adults.

Please indicate the age of the guests when booking.

Maximum age: 45 years old. If you are over 30 years old and do not have a student or teacher's card, you must present the Youth Hostel Card, which can be purchased digitally on the website of the Spanish Youth Hostel Network. Reservations of more than 14 people will be considered a group and special conditions different from those that appear in your reservation confirmation will apply.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please inform The Boc Hostels - City in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
