Townhouse with A/C in a very well maintained complex with green areas and swimming pools for adults and children in a quiet area, only a few steps away from the centre and the beaches of the village. This spacious property with its 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen with a water filtration system, offers plenty of space and privacy for families and large groups. The most special feature of this holiday home is undoubtedly its outdoor space consisting of a large terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ, chill out area and dining area on a covered patio for gatherings with friends and family. (Only the outdoor kitchen has a dishwasher.) In the large private garage with space for two cars and sports equipment, a leisure area has been created with billiards, table football, darts, table tennis and relaxing area. There is no room for boredom in this spacious property and its wide variety of entertainment for young and old. As usual with our holiday rentals, fibre optic Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels, beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer and an ironing kit are included. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avenida José Miguel Galván Bello 29, Local 2, 38612, El Médano) or, if this is closed, drop it into the mailbox next to the entrance.
