Depending on the purpose of your stay, you may be offered a tourist accommodation or a rental agreement for non-residential use (such as work, medical, or academic reasons). In both cases, it is mandatory to sign a lease agreement in order to comply with current legal regulations.

Our accommodations are located across various cities, including Madrid, Seville, Valencia, Albacete, and Titulcia. While most of them are situated in central areas of each city, we also offer properties in financial and business districts.
