Brand new, very spacious holiday corner townhouse on 3 floors, 70m away from El Cabezo beach and a few walking minutes from El Médanos' center. On the 1st floor it offers 3 luminous bedrooms with parcial sea and mountain views, a little balcony and 2 bathrooms, 1 with a tub and a window. On the groundfloor you'll find an independent, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious storage room or office, a living room with dining area, a laptop monitor and a gorgeous, aprox. 80m2 terrace with a pergola and 4 sunbeds, various plants and a hose to clean your sportsgear. Underground floor: private garage, very spacious chill out / lounge area (aprox 60 m2) with 2 sofas (suitable as beds if needed), large bathroom with a washing machine, puffs, modern dining table for 10 persons, an inner patio with palm trees, an outdoor shower and 2 supports to hang your foils. Separated entrance to the underground part of the holiday home with various doors to lock and divide so the living area from the basement (also possible for the garage). Bed linen, towels, beach towels, glassfibre Wi-Fi, hairdryer and an ironing kit all included. After check-out, please return the key to our office (Avda. José Miguel Galván Bello 29, El Médano) or, if it's closed, drop it into the mail box next to the entrance.

The Maresia complex is not only direct 50m from the El Cabezo beach away but also a very quiet, relaxed neighbourhood. Lots of residents and familys. No bars or restaurants in the complex so no noise issues. El Médano, a lively village perfect for everyone who loves an easy lifestyle, water sports like windsurf, surf and kite surf or just catch the sun on its' lovely beaches, long walks on the beachfront, have drinks with friends or enjoy nice dinners in one of the local or international restaurants nearby.
