After the restoration of a 1919 building in the city center you will be able to find the best quality-price service in the historic center of Seville. Located onthe corner of El Silencio and Monsalves Street, all rooms are exterior and have a balcony. We have more than 25 years of experience and Urban is one of our establishments.

We don´t have a kitchen but there is an office with fridge, freezer, microwave, water boiler and tableware. Bed sheets and towels are included, free Wi-Fi, elevator, is adapted for people with reduced mobility, toilets and showers on each floor, roof terrace. All rooms have a key lock on the door. There are surveillance and recording devices in the common areas of the property. Before 2:00 pm we remain closed for arrivals because we are cleaning. We don´t have luggage room for check ins and check outs. If you need to store your bags you can find lockers at Plaza de Armas bus station or in some luggage storage places near the Hostel. The check out time is before 12:00 midday. To respect the rest of all we don´t accept visitors. Only registered and identified guests are allowed to enter. It´s a Hostel and in the center of Seville so we recommend the use of earplugs. There is no reception but we are available if you need anything. Bicycles are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties or events are not allowed. You are only allowed to use the terrace on the 3th floor to smoke.
