Natural Park House (Villa Canta) is a magnificent villa located just 20 meters from the beach in the well know area of playas de Muro, with fine white sand and crystal clear turquoise waters. The villa with private garage is surrounded by a porch with terraces with different environments with beautiful sculptural stone decorating the property and a beautiful garden to enjoy sunny summers of Mallorca. We access the property and we found a large living room beautifully decorated with elegant furniture with a TV area with comfortable and spacious sofas and a dining area with access to the terrace and garden, a broad and comprehensive independent fully equipped kitchen. We enter through a corridor to the bedrooms. The bedroom "madonna" with double bed, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom, the "floral" bedroom with double bed and two bedrooms with twin beds. The house is located in a small residential neighborhood in the most natural area beaches wall. A place of great natural beauty ideal for a relaxing holiday on the Mediterranean.

The apartment is located by Mallorcas largest beach (12 km long) in a quiet area. The beach is just a few steps away from the apartment. From there you can walk to the marina, the port, the hotel area... everything is accessible from the beach path. You´ll find all types of Sport activities like windsurf, paddle surf, sailing, bottom glass boats, scuba... You´ll also find restaurants, cafes, boutiques... and also for the kids there are playgrounds, swimming pools, attractions... Nearby there are also banks, doctors, clinics, pharmacies. There are also historical buildings such the Roman city of Pollentia, the Roman theater, the medieval walls of the town of Alcudia. If you are a nature fan, Mallorcas biggest Natural park, called S'Albufera and S'Albufereta are just a few km away. There are plenty of hiking routes in Aucanada, Bon Aire, La Victoria, Coll Baix...
