Property information

Lovely 1-bedroom appartment in Costa Adeje with sofa bed (sleeps 4) Fully equipped 55 m² flat with sea and mountain views. The apartment is located 3 km from the sandy beach "Playa La Pinta", 300 m from the "centro commercial Xsur" (supermarket, cinema, small restaurants, shops), 16 km from the airport "Reina Sofia", 3 km from the amusement park Siam Park. Very beautiful residence in a quiet location, ideal for families. Large swimming pool and baby pool. The property’s pool is currently closed, but we offer our guests access to a community pool located just a 5-minute drive away. It’s a pleasant and peaceful place, perfect for enjoying the good weather during your stay.
