Property information

Luxury center is a spectacular apartment building with high ceilings, completely renovated in a historic building from 1925, located on a pedestrian street in front of the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, the most important and central square in the city. It consists of several apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, some with views of the city and very bright and another interior where rest in silence is guaranteed. All apartments are equipped with hot and cold air conditioning. The kitchens have a Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer, washing machine and fridge, etc. Excellently connected with public transport stops: bus (30 meters), taxi (30 meters), train (400 meters) and metro (350 meters) A few meters away you will find public parking, supermarkets, Pharmacy, ATMs, bicycle and electric scooter rental and free left-luggage office for Victoria Site Apartments customers.

Neighbourhood information

The building is located in the historic center of Valencia, the cradle of Gothic, Baroque and Modernism, a few meters away: Torres de Quart. Serrano Towers. Plaza de la Virgen, Palace of the Marquis of Dos Aguas. Central Market. Columbus market. North Station. Town hall. Bullring Due to the excellent location of the house, there is no need for a vehicle. You can go shopping on foot, as well as enjoy the Valencian nightlife in the best leisure areas and visit the most important monuments of our city. At 100 meters there are bus stops whose lines cover the most important areas of the city: Oceanographic, Ruzaffa neighborhood, Malvarrosa beach...) * Consult the Turisvalencia guide. About 500 meters away is the high-speed train station, the historic "Estación del Norte" and the direct metro line to the airport.
