The villa is located only 600 metres away to restaurants overlooking the harbour and the marina where you can practice water sports. The beautiful sandy beach Cala Mondragó, located in the Natural Park Mondragó is only 3.6km. away.
Two storey villa. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the covered terrace and pool. Spacious kitchen with a dining table which also has access to the pool area. Pantry and utility room by the kitchen. Double bedroom with en suite bathroom and guest toilet. On the first floor there are two further bedrooms. The master double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom with a corner-bath -jacuzzi not available-. And a second double bedroom with small private terrace and a separate shower room.
