Detached house located in a unique and spectacular enclave with direct access to the sea (16 meters), overlooking the bay of S'Algar and Dragonera, where you can watch the sunset. The house is located in an exclusive natural environment, uncrowded, ideal for those looking to disconnect in a context of peace and privacy, with exclusive and direct access to the sea, where you can swim, snorkel in crystal clear waters, play sports, go kayaking (included with the rental of the house). In addition, at night you can enjoy an incredible starry sky. The house has two floors. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso capsule coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, etc.) and living room with fireplace and TV, with access from a large terrace for sunbathing overlooking the sea. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. All the rooms of the house have direct sea views. There is high speed Wifi, parking for one car, bed linen and towel sets. There is AC only on the lower floor. The house is located: - 2 minutes from a charming small fishing port. - 3 km from the village of Banyalbufar (restaurants, supermarket, etc). - 10 km to the village of Esporles (with restaurants, pharmacy, etc). - 25 km from the city of Palma and 35 km from Palma Airport. The house is accessed by a little frequented asphalted road with stunning sea views. breathtaking sea views. The last stretch of the road is steep and with narrow curves, so it is essential to access it with a small vehicle. Due to its special location, we do not recommend renting this house to people with reduced mobility.
