VILLA BENNU, STYLE, LUXURY AND COMFORT. 5 people in the centre of Calpe in a quiet area. With private pool, air conditioning, wifi, parking, excellent views to the sea and Peñon de Ifach. No stairs, all on one level. Built by the prestigious and renowned architect Ricardo Bofill. Located in the district of La Manzanera, close to the famous and award winning architectural works, Muralla Roja, Xanadu, Amphitheatre and modernist constructions of the area. Breathtaking views of the Peñon de Ifach and the sea from the whole property. In the centre of Calpe and some of the main golden sandy beaches, Arenal, Los Pinos, Cala de la Manzanera, which can be easily reached on foot. Villa Bennu is located close to the old town of Calpe, in a quiet area.
