Villa Bianca is a large villa for holidays in Sitges, 40 kms from Barcelona. It has an avant-garde architecture that allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the sea accompanied by a harmonious and modern atmosphere. The inside of the villa has large open and diaphanous spaces. Also, an indoor heated swimming pool (Option 300 euros/Week) and an outdoor swimming pool ideal for the summer. It also has a heated jacuzzi (included with Heated Pool option), where you fan relax and sunbathe on comfortabel loungers. In total the house have 4 floors, connected by an elevator. Inside you can relax in its comfortable chill out areas. The host is commited to the advanced cleaning of the whole villa, following all the sanitary guidelines adapted to the pandemic. Free cancellation service for 48 h. Villa Bianca has a total of 4 bedrooms and 11 beds. Ideal for groups. It’s large garden has a barbacue and unique sea views. Information about Rates and Payments At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer the best value for your stay, ensuring you only pay for essential services. Our basic rate includes everything necessary for an excellent stay. For additional services, here are the costs: 1. Guests can cancel free of charge up to 60 days before arrival. The total reservation cost will be charged if canceled within 60 days before arrival. 2. Guests will be charged a prepayment of the total reservation cost at any time, accepted via bank transfer, with refunds processed within 14 days. 3. Credit cards are not pre-authorized before arrival. 4. No fees will be charged for reservations canceled within 24 hours of booking. 5. Accepted credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, Red 6000, and cash. Online payments with preferred methods are not accepted. 6. Cleaning Costs: - Stays up to one week: 400 euros at the end of the stay. - Two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, 2 people) 100 euros; final cleaning 400 euros. - Three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at 100 euros each; final cleaning 400 euros. - One month: Three intermediate cleanings at 100 euros each; final cleaning 400 euros. 7. A security deposit of 1500 euros is required, collected in cash upon arrival and refunded via bank transfer within 8 to 14 days after check-out. The deposit for stays longer than one week is 2000 euros.
