Property information

This house, completely renewed in 2017, is situated in the most exclusive part of Villajoiosa: Montiboli , with astonishing vue on the sea, in a dead-end street, leading to a secluded beach, 50 m away. It features a brand new self cleaning 15 meters length heated pool, equipped with modern salt electrolysis system. it accommodate 12 guests with ultimate confort.a maid is cleaning and keeping the house 6 days per week. The chill-out on the roof , accessible through the lift and a stunning glass staircase, is 200 sqm large. A brand new studio providing two bedrooms, (each one with its own bath-room), living-room with american kitchen, has be build at garden level.
