Looking for a place to get away and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of life? Pepe and Lola's villa is the ideal place, close to the sea where you can go swimming, snorkelling and enjoy the best sunsets. And surrounded by the oldest mountains of the island, which you can walk through enjoying the local flora, its geological wealth and emblematic places. Not forgetting that we are a starlight destination for the quality of our sky! The Villa has two different accesses. The rear access, to access via a ramp and the front access via stairs. Both accesses with the possibility of free parking outside. The whole villa is on the same level, so it is ideal for people with reduced mobility. Its terrace with stunning views of the sea and the valley of La Aldea, has a dining area under a pergola, a swimming pool (heated from 1 November 2024) and a pleasant outdoor seating area to contemplate the wonderful environment that surrounds it. Inside the house we have three bedrooms (two doubles and one single), one of them with ensuite bathroom, and another bathroom next to the other two bedrooms.

The house is located in La Aldea de San Nicolás, a municipality far away from the rest, which you have to drive along winding roads through imposing mountains to reach. So it is not the best starting point to get to know the island in a short time. On the other hand, if this is not a problem, CONGRATULATIONS, because you will discover the true essence of the island.
