Special villa for holidays in L´Escala, in 300m from the beach with private pool and large garden. Villa del Sol is located in the best area of L´Escala. This area is surrounded by Riells Beach and the magnificent promenade overlooking to the bay and to the Pyrenees. The villa has a wonderful garden of 870m2 with private pool, a porch for outdoor meals and a barbecue. The location of the villa is perfect, is just 300 meters from the beach Riells in L´Escala and 350 m from restaurants, shops, the playground and the weekly market. This family holiday home is designed for holidays with pleasure and comfort! The house has two floors. On the downstairs find a large dining room with access to garden, fully equipped and tastefully decorated kitchen with separate dining area and exit to the outside, two double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a large living room with fireplace and access to the terrace and garden, two double bedrooms (one en suite), two bathrooms and an office.
