Lovely and comfortable house located just at few metres distance from the beautiful church of Es Cubells, small and quiet village where you have several restaurants and a supermarket. Just at few-minutes by car you have the beaches of Ses Boques, Cala Jondal and Cala D’hort. The house is set on completely fenced plot oriented to the south. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with bar counter, spacious living room with dining area and porch-terrace. Outdoors there are garden with lawns, swimming pool with sun terrace and chill-out, covered bbq area with summer dining rooms.

The house is located in the quiet rural area of Es Cubells, at 200 m from the church of the village with the same name which has restaurants and supermarket and at 6 km from San Jose where you have all types of services like pharmacy, banks, shops, restaurants, bars, supermarlets, etc. The nearest nearest supermarket and café-bar, Can Mestre, is at just 1 km. The nearest beach, Ses Boques, is at 3 km and the famous beach of Cala D´Hort, with stunning views to Es Vedra and to sunset, at 5 km. We recommend to rent a car for your holiday, this way you will have more freedom to move around without wasting time waiting for a taxi, and you will be able to explore all the corners of the island easily.
