Villa Gaida is located in Puerto Calero on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private, heated, swimming pool. The villa is walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Pool Heating The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 30/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee . Please contact BeachVillas 48 hours before your arrival. This villa is with a heated pool. The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it is required please contact us for further assistance. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, Agni Travel will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
