Air conditioning has been installed in all rooms for the 2023 season! It has fibre optic internet, fast internet! Large villa with capacity for 14 people located in the heart of the island with 3000m2 of land and 350m2 built. It is located in the countryside, in the centre of Ibiza, less than 2 km from San Lorenzo, with easy access to the north and south of the island. Ideal location to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of Ibiza, charming villa !!!! Independent fully equipped kitchen. 7 bedrooms: - 4 double bedrooms with double beds. - 3 double bedrooms with 2 single beds. 5 bathrooms: - 3 en suite bathrooms with shower - 1 shared bathroom with bath - 1 shared bathroom with shower and there is also a toilet outside in the swimming pool area. It has a large outdoor swimming pool 12 x 8 mts and a depth of 2,20 mts max. and 0,50 mts min. A shower in the pool. Covered barbecue area with outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your lunches or dinners with views of the countryside and garden. Located 20 minutes from Ibiza town and 9 km from the beaches. ***The tourist tax of the Balearic Government is not included, it will be applied after booking.
