400 meters from the beach, an extraordinary vacation spot that suits up to 6 guests. Newly renovated house with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace with views of the sea and the mountains. All rooms have ceiling fans, with different speeds and programmables. A living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, grill for cooking outside, Wi-Fi and TV. It has a small garden with hammocks and a common pool.
I like life, sports, family, good food, helping and making people happy. We are a couple with 2 children who bought the house in Malaga to spend the summer and we want others to take advantage of the time we don't go.
Near Villa Julia we have two supermarkets: - Komo Komo, just 9 minutes walk along the coast. - Mercadona, just 15 minutes walk along the seafront. There are also nearby, less than 8 minutes away: - Vet - Pharmacy - Bakery - Ice cream shop - Grocery store - Watertight - 4 restaurants - 2 bars All this information, as well as telephone numbers and addresses, will be available upon arrival at Villa Julia.
