Villa Luisa is located in Cala Galdana on the Spanish island of Menorca. This vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms along with private swimming pool. The Villa is within walking distance of the beach. Villa Luisa is the top level of the property: living room with a dining area and balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. 2 bathrooms. Access to the private pool is via the kitchen and down external steps. There is also a bbq area and private parking. The owner lives downstairs, with separated access and a garden area. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
