Three bedroom sea front villa completely restored with a comtemporary and fresh style to rent in Cala Egos area-Cala D'Or. It enjoys a wonderful setting in a quiet water front line position benefiting from panoramic sea views. The beautiful sandy cove Cala Egos is only 400 metres away and Cala Egos centre 500 metres away. One-storey villa with kitchen, living/dining room with access to the covered terrace with sea views and three bedrooms each with en suite shower-room. A double master bedroom and two twin bedrooms -beds pushed together-. Covered terrace with chill-out area and dining table to enjoy ‘Al fresco' meals. The magnificent sea views from the covered terrace and pool plus the gentle sound of the sea are a truly wonderful experience. The garden extend down to the rocky coastline giving access into the sea. (There is no barrier, so young children must be supervised at all times).
