Enjoy the silence, the house's lovely style and the wonderful view at this unique and quiet accommodation. The view is fantastic towards the sea and the the valley. Only you will have access to the entire place during your stay. You will have everything you need available to you and only you will live here during your stay. The place has a total of 12 beds. All rooms are spacious. The entrance area, the yard, has place for at least 6 cars. 2 kitchens In March 2024, a complete outdoor kitchen was completed. With complete meaning that there is linen for 2 x 12 people and cooking/frying equipment. The main kitchen on floor 1 has a large kitchen with a separate room for fridge and freezer and washing machine. A large dining room for 12 people and with table linen for 2 x 12 people. I am not keen on mixing the tableware from the two kitchens, but in case it is done please place the tableware in the correct place after use. The place is on a hill of its own with lovely views of the sea to the east and south as well as Valle Jinamar. Just a few km from the site there are many large shopping centers such as El Mirador, Las Terrazas, Al Campo, IKEA. Otherwise, a short drive to the majestic mountain areas west of Las Palmas.
