Located in the quiet residential area above Callao Salvaje, this villa offers the perfect balance between relaxation and comfort. With 270m² of living space spread over two floors, air conditioning in all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a guest toilet, and additional modern comforts like satellite TV with British channels, this house is ideal for a relaxed stay. Inside, Villa Naranja impresses with a cozy and practical layout. The ground floor includes a spacious living room with modern amenities, a conservatory with direct access to the outside, a dining room with terrace access and views of the pool, a bedroom with a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor houses the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, satellite TV, and a private sun terrace with sea views, as well as two more bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Fast fiber optic internet is included to make your stay even more pleasant. The outdoor area of the villa invites you to refresh in the large private pool and offers a lawn area for sunbathing. The heated pool is the centerpiece of the garden. For culinary delights, there is a barbecue area, and the covered terrace is excellent for dining with a view of the pool.
