Large villa with pool in Torremolinos, in the prestigious Los Alamos Urbanization, with 750 m2 plot and 450 m2 built. It has two large rooms, six bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet, large porch, two terraces, pool, barbecue, children's cabin, garden. Both the interiors and the outdoor space are designed to provide maximum comfort and habitability. Ideal for families and large groups, as it can accommodate up to fifteen people in a house with top quality building materials and furniture
My wife Olga and I have been renting another villa in the same neighborhood since 2014 and it is a very rewarding experience, so we have decided to expand the offer with this new villa where we have put all our enthusiasm and effort
The Los Alamos urbanization is characterized by a nearby and not crowded beach. It is a very quiet neighborhood but perfectly connected. The beach is a seven-minute walk away, and through the commuter train you can comfortably reach the center of Malaga, the AVE station, the airport and all the places of interest of the Costa del Sol to Fuengirola. There is parking inside the villa and on the street
