Villa (300 square meters) for 8 people (4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms) has a private pool, covered parking. Villa is located in the city center, 10 minutes walk from the beach, 2 minutes walk from the supermarket. Quiet location on the canal. Near shops and restaurants. The pool is not equipped with water heating, a comfortable bathing is possible from June to October.
