Fantastic villa in Arenal with private pool, located in a quiet and residential area but only 5 minutes walk from the tourist spot par excellence of the island, with the ideal combination of beaches, promenades, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday with family or friends. Outside the house there is a wonderful swimming pool and a huge garden, fully furnished and with sun loungers to enjoy sunbathing, reading a book or simply enjoying good company. You will also find outdoor furniture and a barbecue to enjoy and make every summer afternoon a pleasure. Inside, a large window gives access to the spacious living room, with comfortable armchairs, surrounded by a delicate decoration. The dining room communicates with the kitchen, which is fully equipped and at your disposal. The 5 spacious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms allow 12 guests to stay in total comfort. Free wifi is available. This villa is equipped with specialised equipment for the maintenance and repair of racing bicycles. A complete mechanical workshop is at your disposal. Public transport: less than 500 metres away you will find the following regular bus lines 15, 21 (Airport), 23, 25 and 454 of TIB. Our recommendation to go to the city centre is line 25 which, in only 15 minutes, will take you to a very central area of Palma.

The Arenal area is famous for having one of the longest beaches in Mallorca, with fine sand and quiet waters. It is a popular place for tourists looking to enjoy the sun and sea. As well as relaxing on the beach, visitors can take part in various water activities such as windsurfing, sailing and jet skiing. Like Can Pastilla, S'Arenal has a lively promenade. This promenade is the ideal place to take a stroll by the sea, enjoy restaurants and bars overlooking the water, and experience the nightlife that the area has to offer. It is also known for its intense nightlife, with a wide variety of bars, discos and clubs that attract tourists and locals alike.
