Are you looking for a luxury holiday villa in a beautiful location? Then this villa is exactly what you are looking for. This single-story villa is located just four kilometers from the beach of La Marina and offers a South/West oriented location with unobstructed views. The villa is equipped with all modern conveniences such as air conditioning (hot/cold), free Wi-Fi and HD TV. In addition, there is also a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and induction hob.
You can enjoy the sunset behind the mountains near Murcia every day. You can park your car safely on your own driveway. The villa has large terraces with atmospheric lighting around the pool and a tasteful, modern interior. The luxurious open kitchen with bar, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath and one en-suite with walk-in shower) complete the villa.
Within walking distance you will find important facilities such as a supermarket, bank, restaurants and shops.
