Property information

On the first line of the old Turia riverbed converted into the longest garden in Europe, with views of the City of Arts and Sciences, but in the part of this neighborhood closest to the city center, these apartments in a complex residential with pool, 24 hour concierge, gym; they have an excellent location. At the door of the complex there are bus stops with connections to the city center, Bioparc and Malvarrosa beach.

Neighbourhood information

A few meters from the apartment (400) there is an Aqua and El corte Ingles shopping complex with a leisure offer in restaurants, shops, cinemas ... It is a pleasant and quiet neighborhood with good communications just two km from the Port. a residential neighborhood with all kinds of services, spacious, quiet and safe.
